MACROVITA supplies royal jelly in 10, 20 and 30 g dark-colored vials made of pharmaceutical glass with a ½ gram plastic spoon for the doses.
To maintain its freshness and beneficial effects royal jelly should be kept in the fridge (not the freezer).
The ideal time to consume a dose is 10 minutes before breakfast. Swallow it with a little water or keep it under the tongue until it dissolves. It can also be mixed with a little honey to disguise the taste.
