Silica (silicon dioxide) is found in some food sources but it can be difficult for our bodies to get enough. It contributes to the structure and resilience of connective tissue and appears to have an important role in the synthesis of bone and cartilage, collagen and aiding in the maintenance of healthy joints. Silica in the body decreases with age, possibly resulting in limp and dull hair, weak nails and dehydrated, ageing skin.

Lamberts Silica is derived from bamboo gum and is of a higher strength than other silica products, with each capsule providing 200mg of silica.

LAMBERTS ANTIOXIDANT COMPLEX 60 TABS

Lamberts® Super Strength Antioxidant Complex contains a powerful combination of plant antioxidants which we have purposely selected on their high polyphenol content. Interestingly, certain plant phenolic compounds appear to be more effective antioxidants than vitamins C and E.
