Whilst chemically distinct from one another, the ways in which the B vitamins work in the body are closely interrelated. Folic acid and vitamin B-12 metabolisms are closely connected. vitamin B-2 is required for the activation of vitamin B-6; and vitamin B-3 can be manufactured from other dietary agents provided there is adequate vitamin B-6.

Lamberts Vitamin B-50 Complex is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. Long term intake of this amount of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
